Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 20261. What Closed Testing Crew does
Closed Testing Crew provides app testing services for Android developers. Our team of real human testers installs your app through your own Google Play Console closed-testing track and uses it on their personal Android phones for the duration of your package's testing cycle, posting daily proof (screenshots, session notes, bug reports) in a private WhatsApp group.
2. What Closed Testing Crew does not do
- We do not control, influence, or guarantee any decision made by Google. Production access is granted solely by Google based on its own review.
- We do not use emulators, device farms, bots, or scripted automation.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must own the app you submit, or have the right to distribute it for testing.
- Your app must comply with Google Play's Developer Program Policies. We may decline apps that contain illegal content, malware, or material that puts our testers at risk.
- You are responsible for managing your own Play Console, including creating the closed-testing track and applying for Production access.
4. Payments and refunds
All packages are one-time payments, due before the testing cycle begins. If Google does not grant your app Production access after our full 14-day cycle, you are covered by our refund policy: 100% of what you paid, returned.
5. Service timeline
Tester onboarding usually starts within hours of order confirmation. The 14-day continuous testing window is Google's own requirement and cannot be shortened by us or anyone else.
6. Liability
Closed Testing Crew's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your package. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost data, or delays caused by Google's review process.
