The guarantee

If Google does not grant your app Production access after our full 14-day testing cycle, we refund 100% of what you paid. No forms, no negotiations.

How to claim

Message us in your WhatsApp group or email hello@closedtestingcrew.com with your order details and a screenshot of your Play Console status. Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 business days.

The free re-run option

In most non-approval cases, Google flags a specific issue in the app itself (a policy violation, a broken build). If you'd rather fix the issue and try again, we re-run the full 14-day cycle free of charge instead of refunding. Your choice.

What's not covered

• Cancelling mid-cycle after testers have already started (partial refunds handled case by case).
• Rejections caused by content that violates Google Play policy and that you choose not to fix.
• Delays in Google's own review timeline while the testing requirement itself has been met.
