Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 31, 20261. What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address, and WhatsApp number, used to run your order and your testing group.
- App information: your app's closed-testing opt-in link or APK, and its Play Store listing details.
- Testing artifacts: screenshots, session notes, crash logs, and bug reports produced by our testers while using your app.
2. What we do with it
We use your information only to deliver the testing service: onboarding testers, running your WhatsApp group, and preparing your final report. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything unrelated to your order.
3. How long we keep it
All testing artifacts (screenshots, logs, reports) are deleted from our systems 30 days after your launch, or immediately on request. Contact details are kept only as long as needed for support and refund eligibility.
4. Confidentiality
Every tester signs a non-disclosure agreement. Your app is distributed only through your own Play Console closed-testing track, so Google controls access end to end. Builds are never shared outside the track.
5. Third parties
- WhatsApp: group communication happens on WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
- Google Play: app distribution happens through your own Play Console; Google's privacy policy applies to that data.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@closedtestingcrew.com and we'll act within 7 days.
